RICHMOND, Va. — Drivers are encouraged to follow the new traffic pattern along Broad St. at Wilkes Ridge Pkwy after crews installed new traffic signals. Full-color operations begin between 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday in the Goochland area.

    just what we need is more lights.Its become put up a property and you get a light.Not only that, the traffic along the main road is stopped when 1 car pulls up to that light.So you stop 20 cars to let one out.Parham rd is the worst with this Henrico approach to traffic
