RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond restaurant Pasture is collecting gently used suit cases or duffle bags to donate to homeless children.

The effort is called Case for Hope.

“Foster kids have it tough enough. I’d like them to be able to travel from place to place with some dignity,” Pasture owner Michele Jones posted on Facebook.

Pasture will host a Case for Hope kick-off party Thursday evening from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Pasture is accepting donations at the restaurant, located at 416 East Grace Street in Richmond.
