Lomo Saltado

12 oz hanger steak(seasoned and grilled rare) garlic to taste, 1T Jalapeno diced, 1t soy sauce, fresh cilantro, 1t red wine vinegar, 1T beef stock, 1/2 sliced ripe tomato, sliced yucca crispy, cooked jasmine rice, s&p to taste, vegetable oil, 1/4 julienne red onion,

Fry yucca until crispy set a side,using a non stick or stainless steel saute pan heat oil until it just starts to smoke add onion,tomato until lightly seared, add garlic until it browns then deglaze with vinegar,soy sauce and beef stock reduce for a minute,toss in sliced steak and yucca and garnish with cilantro serve with rice.
