RICHMOND, Va. –The Enrichmond Foundation, that helps organize volunteer projects in all Richmond neighborhoods, posted today that there are still almost 60 volunteer spots at the 2014 Bacon Festival that need to be filled

There are various volunteer opportunities for folks of all ages. If you are 21 or older, you can be part of the Enrichmond Brew Crew for this event. Help pour beer and staff the beer trucks throughout the event.

Or you can help make sure that this is a Virginia Certified Green Event by managing and educating about recycling and compost.

There will be two shifts available, so encourage friends and family to join in the fun.

1st shift is 10am ’til 2:30pm
2nd shift is 2:30pm ’til 6pm

Or, stay all day!

Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing as you will be up on your feet and moving around throughout your shift. Also this project will not occur if it rains; Enrichmond Foundation will notify volunteers the status of the project if rain becomes an issue.

This opportunity is a referral and is managed by Enrichmond directly.
