OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - An Oklahoma City father is behind bars after allegedly attacking his daughter's fiancee. According to the police affidavit, 48-year-old James Littrell had an argument with his daughter about her pending marriage before her fiancee arrived at the family's home.
After a short fight, the girl's fiancee left and Littrell began following him in a truck. The victim stopped at a gas station and tried to take a picture of the truck's tag number.
That's when authorities said Littrell threw the truck in reverse and hit the victim. The victim ended up holding onto the tailgate of the truck even as they began heading down the street.
The man suffered only minor injuries. Littrell is now facing a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.
