RICHMOND, Va. — The Richmond Fire Department responded to a fire on the second-floor apartment in South Richmond Wednesday night.

The St. John’s Wood apartment building is located in the 900 block of Lisson Crescent, at St. Ann’s Drive.

Officials assume the fire was caused by a lightning strike. Heavy electrical storms moved through the metro-Richmond area Wednesday night.
