OCEAN SHORES, Wash. (WTVR) – Investigators will inspect a small boat that washed ashore in Washington State Monday believed to be from the March 2011 Japanese tsunami

Emergency managers told Q13Fox.com they were concerned about “invasive species of marine life” on the boat. Investigators were working with the Japanese Consulate in Seattle to identify the boat.
