RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — The ramp from Rt. 288 south to Chester Rd. is closed for ramp work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. A detour is set up in place.
VDOT’s milling and paving project continues overnight I-95 in each direction between Boulevard and Belvidere from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Expect two lanes to be closed. Bypass delays by using Rt. 288 or I-295.
