RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — A water leak at 7th and Main Street will cause disruption while crews shut off water for repair.

Crews have closed 7th Street between Main and Cary Streets.

    The city needs to get their act together and start rehabilitating these water and gas utilities on a large scale instead of trying to beautify the city and spend millions on stadiums. Keep kicking the can. Most of the mains are nearly 100 yrs old.
