RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Expect north and southbound delays I-295 between Woodman Rd. & Staples Mill Rd. due to crews pulling power lines over the interstate from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Weather permitting, beginning Wednesday the ramp from Route 288 north to Chester Rd. will be closed through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. An alternate will be in place.
