GASTON COUNTY, N.C. — A man will spend over a month in jail after he admitted to sucking on a woman’s toes at a Walmart in Lincolnton.
Michael Brown pleaded guilty to assault on a female Thursday morning in a Gaston County courtroom, according to WSOC-TV.
In court, Brown told the judge, “I apologize to the victim. I am ready to take full responsibility for my actions.”
Last month, Brown went into the Walmart in Lincolnton, told a woman he was a podiatry student, and asked to help her try on shoes.
She thought he was an employee.
Police said he then sucked on the woman’s toe.
WSOC-TV reported that Brown seemed pleased with what happened in court Thursday.
Brown has a criminal history of doing lewd things with women’s feet that dates back to 2001.
