RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — The ramp from Rt. 288 south to Chester Rd. will close for construction and traffic signal work from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Thursday.
Bridge inspection projects will cause alternating lanes in Chesterfield and Hanover. Expect delays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
