Police target ski mask wearing thief who smashed into store

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WTVR) – Police are looking for the ski-mask wearing thief who broke into the Target on Southpark Boulevard in Colonial Heights and stole “numerous electronic items.”

The man broke into the store just before midnight Friday night, police said.

“An unknown suspect entered the store by shattering the front glass entrance doors,” Colonial Heights Sgt. Robert Ruxer wrote in an email. “The suspect was wearing all dark clothing, a ski mask and gloves.”

The suspect drove off in a “small dark colored sedan,” police said.
