RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - All lanes of Interstate 95 north have reopened at mm 80 (Hermitage Rd./Rt. 161). Earlier a crash blocked two northbound lanes according to VDOT.
CBS 6 reporter Jake Burns witnessed the accident. He said the truck flipped in the northbound lanes.
The driver was not seriously injured.
Traffic was backed up one to two miles.
