Brown Butter Seared Cauliflower With Hazelnuts

RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Cauliflower is a versatile winter vegetable, that can be enhanced in many different ways and preparation styles. Chef de Cuisine Aaron Hoskins, from The Rogue Gentleman Restaurant, shared his restaurant’s creation for cauliflower with brown butter topped with white anchovies and hazelnuts.
