SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Two schools were evacuated Monday after a bomb threat was discovered written on a wall.

“Sheriffs department are on site. As soon as all clear is given we will get the students back in to resume their day,” Spotsylvania County School Board member Amanda Blalock posted on her Facebook page.

Both Chancellor High school and Chancellor Middle School were evacuated, CBS 6 reporter Jon Burkett confirmed.

This is a developing story.
