RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – We expect another burst of snow this afternoon as the system lifts northeast of us, leading to an additional inch or two in the greater Richmond Metro Area.

When this storm is all said and done. snowfall will be lightest across southeast Virginia, where totals should 1-4″.
The Richmond metro area will receive 4-8″ of accumulation. Areas a bit west of I-95 will see 8-12″ of snow. There will likely be a band a well west of I-95 that receives over 12″ of total snowfall.
