HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)--Henrico prosecutors plan to seek more charges against Andrew Walters, who is accused of evading police after a traffic stop and crashing his car into the Chickahominy River.

The two passengers in the car, sisters Amanda Irby, age 15, and Jessica Gallmeyer, age 27, died days after the accident.

Fire officials said both women were in cardiac arrest when they were pulled from the car, but that both resuscitated and regained a pulse on the way to the hospital.

“They were under water for a significant period of time…they were in cardiac arrest during that period of time,” Henrico Fire spokesperson Captain Daniel Rosenbaum said.

Currently Walters is charged with eluding police, driving on a suspended license and giving false information to police.

The dual funeral service for Irby and Gallmeyer will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, February 15, at Hanover Church of the Nazarene, 8391 Atlee Rd., Mechanicsville, Va. 23116.
