RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Work zones continue today along Interstate 95 between Brook Rd. and Parham Rd. in each direction. Then, between Boulevard and Belvidere curb work closes one lane on the northbound side of 95. Expect slow downs until 3 p.m.
