DENVER, Colo. (WTVR) – While Colorado’s new “legal marijuana” law may convince more pot smokers to relocate to the Mile High City, it also prompted the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) to make a change.

The department replaced a mile marker 420 sign along Interstate 70 near Denver with a sign that reads 419.99, according to a report on KDVR.com.

The number 420 is commonly associated with marijuana. A CDOT spokeswoman signs they made the change in an effort to reduce the number of times the sign is stolen off the highway.
