RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Dangerously cold weather will affect the Commonwealth on Tuesday, with wind chills in the range of -5 to -10 in central and eastern Virginia, and in the range of -10 to -25 in western Virginia.

Monday morning it was 62 degrees, Tuesday it is 10 degrees.
Highs Tuesday afternoon will only reach the upper teens and low 20s, making it the coldest high temperature in Richmond in nearly 18 years.
