RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The Wedding In A Week contest gave one lucky couple the chance at a dream wedding, the only catch? It had to be planned in one week. Kelly-Rae Johnson and Doug Harlow pulled it off though, and were married LIVE on Virginia This Morning Friday, January 3rd.
