Henrico Police car

HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)–Josh Terrell, age 29, was charged Saturday with impersonating a police officer on Dec. 20.

Police said that an adult female reported seeing a vehicle with flashing lights mounted in the grill on I-64 near the 1-295 interchange.

The vehicle was seen pulling up behind several vehicles and activating the lights.

Several vehicles pulled to the side of the road, police said. The vehicle had a business phone number on the side of the car that was obtained by a witness.

Officers investigation led him to charge Terrell with impersonating a police officer.

If a car has business number that’s not undercover at all! Did he pull anybody over? Did he have on a uniform? Badge? This sounds dumb! Dumb news story. I don’t see anything that has impersonating except the lights and still something doesn’t sound right.
