CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Police are investigating two beauty store break-ins that happened early Thursday morning in Chesterfield County.

Officials said the first incident happened just after midnight at Beauty World in the 10400 block of Midlothian Turnpike.

When officers responded to an alarm call, they discovered glass shattered out of the business’ front door. Police reported that two suspects made off with hair extensions.

Police were also called to the Sally Beauty Supply, in the 12200 block of Chattanooga Plaza, around 12:45 a.m. for another alarm call.

Officers also discovered glass had been broken out of the store’s front door. Police located some store merchandise on the sidewalk, but said that they do not yet know if anything was taken at this point.
