CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – A 12-year-old Falling Creek Middle School student was charged with possession of a weapon on school property after he brought a knife to school Wednesday, a Chesterfield Police spokeswoman confirmed via email.
“There is no indication that the juvenile threatened anyone with the knife. No one was injured,” police spokeswoman Liz Caroon wrote.
The blade was 3 and 1/16 inches long.
