RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – CBS 6 anchor Rob Cardwell’s mother has passed away. His 67-year-old mother Vera fought a 12-year battle with breast, colon and brain cancer.

In lieu of flowers, Rob asked you join CBS 6 by helping support the efforts of the VCU Massey Cancer Center.

Your donations will not only help patients, but also researchers find ways to prevent and treat a number of cancers.
