HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)–On Friday, December 13, at 2:45 p.m., a male suspect approached a teller inside the Virginia Credit Union in the 5400 block of Glenside Drive.

The suspect passed a note to the teller demanding money, police said.  No weapon was displayed and there were no injuries.

The suspect is described by police as a white male in his late 30s or early 40s, 5’8”-5’9”, wearing a tan blazer/coat, button up shirt, sunglasses, and a black cap.

He was last seen leaving the parking lot in a small burgundy vehicle.

Henrico County Police is asking for the public’s help identifying and locating the subject responsible for this crime.

Anyone with information regarding this offense is asked to contact Henrico Police at (804) 501-5000 or Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.

Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip.  Both Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.

This is not the first local robbery where the criminal has used a note. In fact, police believe a note-wielding bank robber, with a different description, is connected to multiple robberies.
