RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Santa is making a special visit to Midlothian with the very special guest, the 'Snow Queen', Donna Deekens. You gave the chance to see Santa and the Snow Queen Saturday December 14th , from 1pm -3pm at Westchester Commons Mall near the Regal Cinemas. This event is free and open to the public.
