Man robs Chesterfield bank using a note

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR)–Police are searching for a man they said robbed the Virginia Commonwealth Bank branch at 4600 W. Hundred Road just after 12 p.m. Wednesday.

Police said the man approached a teller and passed a note demanding money. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 20-30 years old and 5 feet 6 inches tall. He was wearing sunglasses, jeans and a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and had a headband covering part of his face.
