The National Retail Federation’s latest survey found that 140 million people intend to shop during the four-day holiday weekend, and nearly one-quarter of those shoppers plan to go online or to stores on Thanksgiving Day.

Retailers are certainly pulling out all the stops with deals and early openings. It remains to be seen if a longer shopping period will equal increase in sales.

Don’t forget, you might not always get the best deals going out in the crowds on Black Thursday. The website www.fatwallet.com posts all the Black Friday ads with sale prices you can get now—at home.
