Lanes reopen, traffic backed up following I-95 crash

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – All lanes have reopened following a crash on southbound I-95 at mile marker 88 in Hanover.

At 10 a.m., a four mile traffic backup remained, according to VDOT.

Earlier the crash closed the right lane and shoulder.

The crash remains under investigation.
