(WTVR) – It’s fast food, even faster. McDonald’s announced plans to add a third drive-thru window in an effort to speed up service. The fast food chain said customers complaints prompted the change.

According to the company, you’ll still pay for your food at the first window and pick up food at the second window. The added third window will also be for food distribution.

Expect to see the third windows popping up at McDonald’s in 2014.
