RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Skies will be variably cloudy overnight, with lows falling into the mid 50s. Increasing low-level moisture should result in fog across much of the area early Thursday, with a high overcast for the remainder of the day.

Highs will reach the mid to upper 70s as a decent southwest breeze develops over the area.

Expect mild and dry weather for the trick-or-treaters, with low 70s at 6 p.m., upper 60s at 8 p.m., and mid 60s at 10 p.m.

The wind will increase overnight into Friday morning, keeping lows in the mid 60s.
