CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WTVR) – The driver of an SUV was killed when his vehicle hit a school bus in Chesapeake Wednesday afternoon.
The Honda SUV hit the driver’s side of the school bus as the bus was making a turn, police said.
The crash happened on Taylor Rd. about 2:45 p.m. Wednesday.
There were 25 Western Branch Intermediate students on the bus at the time, according to a Chesapeake Schools spokeswoman.
