Man wanted for West End bank robbery

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — Police are searching for a man who robbed a bank in Henrico’s far West End Friday afternoon.

Henrico police said a man walked up to a teller inside the BB & T Bank in the 11200 block of Patterson Avenue around 2:40 p.m.

The suspect handed a note to the teller demanding money. The suspect said that he had a weapon, but never displayed a gun.

A surveillance photo shows the suspect, who is described as a Latino male, 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall with a mustache. He was wearing a green, camouflaged print jacket and a baseball hat.

He was last seen leaving the parking lot on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No one at the scene was injured.
