Light The Night Walk supports cancer survivors

RICHMOND, VA. (WTVR): The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Light The Night Walk" is Saturday, October 26th, it is a community event that supports cancer survivors and people who have lost loved ones to cancer. There will lots of activities, games, entertainment, and the signature lighted balloons signifying lives lost to cancer, survivors and also supporters.

"Light The Night Walk" is a casual stroll that starts and ends at the Virginia Historical Society at 428 North Boulevard; the course will go through Carytown. Registration is at 5 p.m. and the walk starts at 7 p.m.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health agency dedicated to Blood Cancer. Its mission is to Cure Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and Myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
