NEW KENT COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) — I-64 east in New Kent County has reopened after an accident closed all lanes of the interstate Friday afternoon.
VDOT said the wreck around mile marker 222, which is just after the West Point, Eltham Road exit, happened around 3:30 p.m.
Traffic was still backed up around 7 miles as of 4:15 p.m., according to VDOT.
