Teenager shot in robbery attempt
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A 17-year-old Richmond boy was shot during a Monday night robbery attempt in South Richmond, according to police. The teenager suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Police found the injured teen after they were called to investigate a shooting along the 100 block of E. Roanoke St. about 8 p.m.
Police did not release descriptive information about the shooting suspects. Police asked anyone with information about this shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
