RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Capital One, one of Central Virginia’s largest employers, announced late Wednesday that it is laying off 200 works in the Metro Richmond area.
The company said affected employees have already been notified about the move to cut operating expenses.
Capital One employs about 11,000 workers in Central Virginia.
