(WTVR) -- NASA is looking for lazy volunteers for a new experiment. You could even earn as much as $5000 a month for just relaxing.

They’ll pay you about $18,000 for the two month study.

The study is being held at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. There volunteers spend 70 days in a bed with all the time to play video games, read and watch television.

The purpose of the study is to research the effects of long-term spaceflight, the kind where you’re strapped in for weeks, on the human body.

NASA's experiment is to test how micogravity affects the human body. Without the constant downward pressure of gravity from a standing adult, blood is believed to pool in areas of the body even making the person slightly taller.

Applications for NASA's experiments can be found here.
