RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Lieutenant Clarence Singleton is a decorated Vietnam Veteran and a former Firefighter who was on the scene for both attacks on the World Trade Center Towers in New York City and was instrumental in saving many lives before being seriously injured himself. Now a Richmond-area resident, this former Marine, has chronicled his story as a man of action in the book, "The Heart of a Hero".
