RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - The Light Community Church of Richmond is just about three years old and each year, they've had a community block party. Their 3RD annual is this Saturday, and you're invited as they celebrate at their new church which was recently gifted to them by another local congregation. Pastor Kimberly Ridley shared more details with us. Light Community Church's 3rd Annual block party is Saturday, August 24th from 11am to 2pm at 601 Azalea Avenue and admission is free. The congregation will be holding its first service at their new church on Sunday, September 8th.
