Hundreds turn out to welcome home Tuckahoe All-Stars

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) -- Hundreds turned out Sunday afternoon to welcome home the Tuckahoe All-Stars.

The team was 15-1 this season and just a game away from reaching the Little League World Series.

Around 250 friends and family members showed up to let the team know just how important they are to the community. [RELATED: HOLMBERG: Tuckahoe Little League – bigger than the Beatles?]

Head coach John Carpin received a bat that was signed by all the players from this year's team. The players also got their Southeast Regional pins.
