RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- The original Richmond Outreach Center on Old Warwick Road in South Richmond is up for sale.
The real estate agent, who said the current tenant is leaving, is asking $2.6 million for the property, which also includes a school building.
The ROC made news after its head preacher, Geronimo Aguilar was arrested on charges stemming from alleged 1996 incidents of sexual abuse involving two young girls whose family he was living with in Texas.
Since then, four of the churches five pastors have stepped down, and the ROC is in the process of looking for new leadership.
