HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)--A Henrico dance instructor accused of having sex with several of his underage students now faces new charges.
On Monday a grand jury indicted Andrew Defiesta on thirteen new charges, after two new victims came forward. He now faces nineteen charges total, including charges of taking indecent liberties with a minor, and possession of child pornography.
Henrico police said they arrested the dance instructor in mid-November, when someone reported walking in on the 34-year-old having sex with a 16-year-old girl at Regency Dance Academy, the studio where he taught classes.
Nancy Oglesby, with the Henrico Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office, told CBS 6 that there are a total of five victims.
