RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — VDOT is closing a section of Qualla Rd. Bridge in Chesterfield indefinitely for corrosion and deterioration found during an inspection. The 53-year-old bridge is expected to reopen before the new school year begins in September. Drivers can follow posted detour signs in the area.
