AMELIA COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Two people are charged in connection to a ““Lingerie Party” that took place at the Amelia County Veterans Center earlier this year. Amelia investigators said they brought the charges after interviewing witnesses and reviewing videos taken at the party which were later posted on Facebook and YouTube.

The videos showed young people dancing in a sometimes sexually suggestive manner.

Amelia Sheriff’s deputies arrested and charged Joshua Banks with Distribution of Child Pornography.

Shaquille Blanton was charged with Indecent Exposure.

Deputies have not been able to find Blanton. Anyone who knows where Blanton is can call the Amelia County Sheriff’s Office 804-561-2118 or the Amelia Crime Solvers at 804-561-5200.

When interviewed after the party, the man who leased out the veterans center said he was told the renters were only throwing a birthday party.

“Disgusted. Dismayed,” Chuck Parker said at the time. “I can’t even describe it. I truly can’t. For this facility to have been, in my mind, that degraded this facility.”

The videos were removed from social media sites.
