UPDATE: Teen driver in South Richmond scooter crash dies
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) –The 16-year-old scooter driver in the early Sunday morning South Richmond crash has died, police said.
Police identified the teen driver as Marquise E. Smith. The passenger on the bike is in stable condition, police said.
Richmond police told CBS 6 that a scooter with two teens aboard slammed into an SUV on the 3600 block of Hull Street around 12:20 a.m.
