RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Artist Matt Lively has a passion for painting and was the recipient of the 2012 Theresa Pollak Prize for excellence in the arts for visual art. His 'Very Sleepy River' art collection is currently on display until Friday, June 28th at Quirk Gallery located at 311 West Broad Street.
