RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Police sources say a man was hit and killed by a train on Richmond Southside.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. at Broadrock Boulevard and Kingsley Avenue.
As a result, Broad Rock will be closed throughout the night.
The case is under investigation.
